30/06/2026Veri Anla Ин study-и клиникӣ VRAM ва ALT flap-ро дар 75 бемори T4 tongue squamous cell carcinoma пас аз total ё near-total glossectomy муқоиса мекунад. ALT дар overall cohort барои speech ва swallowing-и барвақт беҳтар намуд, аммо дар type V total-glossectomy subgroup то моҳи 6 фарқ аз VRAM аз байн рафт.
